My Coaching Story

I serve leaders as a guide and coach, as they choose how to bring out the best in themselves and the best in people. In turn, they unite their leadership teams and become a Catalyst of Awesomeness.

Everything in my life has lead me to this point right here, right now. After 15 years with a global Fortune 100 company, I took my big leap to play my personal “Big Game” in launching Catalyst of Awesomeness, Inc.

My personal awakening began in 2013. As a leader in one of the “Big Three” pharmaceutical companies, our industry felt like we were under attack. New regulations, patent cliffs and a massive movement to block customers access was resulting in a third round of “downsizing.” Fear was rampant, and leaders were distant for the fear of the message they would have to deliver. The lack of authenticity and empathy had people frozen in place.

I applied for a new role as a change agent. The team was challenged to work with leaders to “Excite Our People.” This was the beginning of a new life for me. As engagements scores moved from 60 to 90 percent in one year, I witnessed a soulful transformation of leaders, people, and teams within the organization. I was awakened – and I was not alone.

What I witnessed during this journey was powerful:

➲  Leaders embraced the changes, took control of their lives, and led teams to extraordinary heights.
➲  Teams transformed and moved to the top of the charts in less than 16 weeks.
➲  Teams united to take on global and national business challenges in innovative ways, becoming new ways of working across the organization.

But MOST importantly, I saw leaders step into a place of playing their “BIG GAME.”

As they transformed the way they saw themselves, there was a new freedom to lead others with a mindset of trust, uniting the team to achieve extraordinary results. This – THIS! – is when they became a Catalyst of Awesomeness.

This awesomeness flowed into all areas of their lives. It was not only who they were becoming to their customers, leaders and team members — was the discovery of a personal freedom and connection, as mothers, fathers, sons, daughters and friends. When people live authentically and connect empathetically, their souls shines — and so does the soul of the organization!

That is why I choose to commit my career to guiding leaders, so they choose how to bring out the best in themselves and the best in others.They can unite their teams and become a Catalyst of Awesomeness.
